Inter are reportedly still monitoring Lorenzo Pellegrini, so Roma will look to raise or remove his release clause.

The midfielder has a €30m clause in his current contract, which is valid for Italian clubs as well as foreign ones.

Juventus have been linked with a move for him, but calciomercato.com reports that the real interest comes from the Nerazzurri.

The Lupi have no intention of letting Pellegrini go, particularly not for €30m, so sporting director Monchi will hold contract talks with the player and his agent.

Ideally the Giallorossi would like to remove the release clause altogether, but at the very least they want to raise it.
