Roma will reportedly sign Milan’s Stephan El Shaarawy permanently, but turn down options on PSG’s Lucas Digne and Fenerbahce’s Salih Ucan.

Italy international El Shaarawy arrived at the Giallorossi on loan in January and has impressed with five goals in eight Serie A appearances so far.

Corriere dello Sport has reported that the winger is certain to stay in the capital but that the Lupi will attempt to convince Milan to lower the agreed €13m fee for the option to buy.

However, the newspaper writes that defender Digne’s fee of €15m is too much and he will therefore leave, along with Ucan despite the €4m spent on his two-year loan deal.

Antonio Rudiger’s future remains uncertain, as the outlet believes the club want to keep the defender and have had contact with Stuttgart to try and lower the €9m fee for making his move permanent.

Edin Dzeko could also be on his way out after a hugely disappointing debut season in Italy.

West Ham are reportedly interested in the Bosnian, who is on a €4.5m per year salary until 2020 in Rome but has scored only seven goals in 25 appearances for the club.
