Roma are reported to be in negotiations for Empoli midfielder Ismael Bennacer.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, director of sport Monchi is currently in Milan, the centre of the Serie A transfer market, for a series of meetings.
He is believed to have discussed Bennacer’s situation with Empoli, although it’d most likely be for the summer, leaving him on loan in Tuscany for six months.
The 21-year-old Algeria international spent time in the Arsenal youth academy before his €1m transfer to Empoli in 2017.
