Pablo Daniel Osvaldo is out of Roma’s trip to Catania, but Marquinhos, Francesco Totti and Leandro Castan have shaken off fitness problems.
Osvaldo was ruled out of Sunday’s game when he accidentally collided with Nicolas Burdisso in training this week, suffering a nasty bruise to the thigh.
There were also fears over the availability of several other players, as Totti and Castan skipped training on Friday due to a muscular problem and a bruised foot respectively.
They are both in the squad named by Zdenek Zeman, as is Marquinhos, although the Brazilian remains in doubt after suffering from flu symptoms this week.
Miralem Pjanic is absent as he sits out a one-match ban, while Nico Lopez is on international duty.
