Radja Nainggolan says Roma will target the Scudetto, but will take an easier approach to the Champions League.
The midfielder saw Roma completing the deal with Cagliari to sign his full registration rights this summer, making him 100 per cent a Giallorosso player.
Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, the Belgian was open about his team's objectives as well as their limits.
“Our target is the Scudetto, whereas in the Champions League it's always a pleasure just to play the matches,” he said.

“Our target is the Scudetto, whereas in the Champions League it's always a pleasure just to play the matches,” he said.
“We'll do our best as we did last year, even though things did not turn out the way we would have wanted.
“You've always got to keep improving. We came second twice in a row, let's hope this is the right time to win something.
“They say we make the same claims every year, but let's try for it.
“Juventus will be playing to win the Scudetto, but we're in the race too and let's hope we can stay on their heels until the very end."
The player then discussed his contract deal with Roma.
“This is a very important moment for me, I've always wanted to stay.
“After such a long wait they did what I wanted of them. I'm pleased.
“You always have to choose your own future and ever since the end of the last season I said that my wish was to stay here.
“They accommodated my desire and we found a deal that worked out for everyone.”
Roma Coach Rudi Garcia recently stated that Italian football was on the rise, and Nainggolan backed him up.
“They say our league is in a crisis, but the great players keep coming.
“We're an important league that has a lot to showcase.”
