Director general Mauro Baldissoni says his position is 'at risk' as much as Coach Rudi Garcia's, as Roma must now 'win at all costs'.

The Giallorossi were expected to end their string of draws yesterday evening against Sampdoria, but they did so in the worst possible way by losing 2-0 to the Blucerchiati.

As speculation takes foot on the possibility that Garcia may be replaced for the next season, Baldissoni refused to point his finger at the Coach.

“Garcia's future? There's no point in talking about that now, we are all at risk,” he said, speaking to Mediaset after yesterday's game.

“On January 6 we were second and only one point away from Juve. We were also competing in the Champions League.

“That was the team we'd built. After that, Roma experienced an involution, in their game as much as in their results.

“We expect to go back to those levels quickly. There's no point in talking about injuries and difficulties.

“It's insufficient to analyse the reasons [behind the crisis]. It's time to find the solutions. Now we must win at all costs.”

The director general also admitted that the unhappiness of the supporters was understandable.

“It would be a serious case if the Olimpico became a problem, but once again the fans were very close to the team. Their protest is legitimate.

“As for [President James] Pallotta, he is quite disappointed, because he knows we built a team of a certain level and we expect to see it, starting this Thursday [against Fiorentina].”
