The big Week 8 clash between leaders Roma and Napoli will be played on Friday 18 October – 24 hours earlier than previously scheduled.

There was a risk that the tie could be postponed completely or switched to Naples because of a planned protest in the capital on Saturday 19 October which will require a significant police presence.

However, the decision has now been taken for the tie to take place a day earlier. It is set to kick off at 20.45 hours local time.
