Napoli and Roma are stepping up attempts to sign Martin Caceres when he leaves Juventus at the end of the season.
The defender turns 29 later this month and will be a free agent when his contract expires in June.
He is out of action until October due to a torn Achilles tendon, but is already planning his future.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Caceres’ agent Daniel Fonseca was spotted in Naples today for a meeting with Partenopei director Cristiano Giuntoli.
Fonseca also met with Roma director of sport Walter Sabatini yesterday.
