But Manchester United are not lowering the asking price of €20m after reported offers from West Ham, Newcastle and Fulham.

But the report claims Smalling has rejected offers from other Premier League clubs and wants a return to the Italian capital.

The problem remains that, despite the arrival of new owner Dan Friedkin, the Giallorossi don’t want to invest €20m to convince the Red Devils of letting him leave Manchester this summer.
