De Telegraaf has claimed the Eredivisie giants have received three offers for the Romania international, who is looking for a move this summer.
The 24-year-old’s deal expires in June 2024 and the report claims Cagliari must pay €12m to secure a permanent transfer for Marin.
But they face competition from Club Brugge and Stade Rennais, who have reportedly joined Cagliari in the hunt for Marin’s signature.
