It is now official that Roma will begin exclusive takeover negotiations with American investor Thomas DiBenedetto.
The Giallorossi have been in talks to plan out the process of a buy-out with the US group for a week, having chosen their proposal above four others.
“The Board of Directors of Newco Roma have given the mandate for exclusive negotiations to buy AS Roma to the American investors headed by Thomas R DiBenedetto,” read a statement.
