Franck Ribery has been named MVP of September by the Lega Serie A after his spectacular start to life with Fiorentina.
The 36-year-old embraced his new career path in Florence by featuring in all six Serie A games so far this season.
He has contributed two goals and one assist, all in his last three games against Atalanta, Sampdoria and Milan.
Ribery will be presented with the Serie A award for MVP September ahead of Fiorentina’s match with Udinese on Sunday.
