Milan are reportedly pressing in their efforts to sign Napoli midfielder Amadou Diawara.

Milan failed in a bid to loan Diawara in January, but Tuttosport expects the Guinean to leave Napoli this summer.

The 21-year-old is currently out injured but has started just eight times in Serie A since the start of the season.

The newspaper writes the two combined will lead to his asking price falling from the 30m quoted two months ago.

Furthermore, talks between the Rossoneri and Diawara’s camp would have ‘remained active’.

However, the Diavolo seem unlikely to bolster their midfield unless they sell Franck Kessie or do not take up their €35m option to buy Tiemoue Bakayoko.
