Milan are reportedly pressing ahead for Gremio winger Everton Soares, but they could face competition from Manchester United and Manchester City.
According to Calciomercato.com, Milan sporting director Leonardo is in talks with Everton’s agent Gilmar Veloz.
The pair have a long history, given Veloz formerly represented Rossoneri old boy Alexandre Pato.

However, the Diavolo’s opening gambit of €40m would be less than Gremio’s asking price of ‘more than €50m’, although that is still less than his €80m release clause.
The website adds Leonardo could send an aide to Brazil to handle negotiations, like he did to bring Lucas Paqueta to the club in January.
Everton would also be keen on making the move, but it is warned United or City could yet ‘lure’ the 23-year-old to Manchester.
