Real Madrid considered bringing Brahim Diaz back to base early from his two-season Milan loan, it’s reported, but the Rossoneri trust he can develop even more this year.
The trequartista turns 23 next month and first came to San Siro on loan in September 2020, then extended it for another two years at a cost of €3m.
The Italians have an option to buy for €22m, with Real Madrid retaining a counter-option at €27m.

We’re short on attacking options and he doesn’t cost much, so it wouldn’t hurt to keep him around, but if we do sign another AM and RW, then I wouldn’t mind sending him back. Adli is better anyway. Might be best to develop our own.
