Andrea Ranocchia and Cristian Chivu are available despite picking up injuries, as Inter finally released their squad for tonight’s Inter-Milan clash.

Ranocchia was thought to be out of action after spraining his knee during the final minutes of a 3-0 Europa League victory away to Cluj.

Chivu is also carrying a knock, but both have been named in Andrea Stramaccioni’s squad.

Breaking with tradition, the Coach did not announce his squad until this afternoon, as Ranocchia and Chivu had late fitness tests.

If neither of them are considered fit to start, then Esteban Cambiasso could be moved into a centre-back role, one he has already adopted in Europe.

Alvaro Pereira is suspended, while Diego Milito, Walter Samuel, Matias Silvestre, Joel Obi, Luca Castellazzi and Gaby Mudingayi are out of action.

Inter squad for Milan: 1 Handanovic, 27 Belec, 30 Carrizo; 7 Schelotto, 23 Ranocchia, 26 Chivu, 38 Pasa, 33 Mbaye, 40 Juan Jesus, 42 Jonathan, 55 Nagatomo; 4 Zanetti, 5 Stankovic, 10 Kovacic, 11 Alvarez, 14 Guarin, 17 Kuzmanovic, 19 Cambiasso, 21 Gargano, 24 Benassi; 8 Palacio, 18 Rocchi, 47 Colombi, 99 Cassano
