Fabio Quagliarella is focused on getting back to his best after he was signed outright by Juventus on Thursday.

The Turin giants confirmed that they would hand Napoli €10.5m for his permanent signature, after paying €4.5m last summer for his loan.

"Fabio is obviously happy with the faith that Juventus have shown him on the back of the good things that he did in the first six months of the past season," agent Beppe Bozzo told TMW.

"Fabio is obviously happy with the faith that Juventus have shown him on the back of the good things that he did in the first six months of the past season," agent Beppe Bozzo told TMW.

"However, there will be no party to celebrate the fact that Juventus now own him outright," he underlined.

"After the injury which he suffered, that has kept him out for a long time, his first thought is to get back into shape so that he can work well again.

"There is no time for a celebration."

Quagliarella damaged knee ligaments at the start of January in a tie against Parma and he hasn't played a game since.

He scored nine goals in 17 League games for Juve before he was ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
