Qarabag Coach Gurban Gurbanov assures his side “will play a better match” against Roma tomorrow.

The Azerbaijani side were thrashed 6-0 by Chelsea on the first Champions League matchday, and they welcome the Giallorossi to Baku tomorrow.

“This is the first home game,” Gurbanov said in his pre-match Press conference.

“It won’t just be important for us, but for the whole country because we’re playing Roma and we want to get a positive result.

“We have experience in Europe, but not in the Champions League because the Europa League is different.

“We need to understand that there are certain defeats we can grow from. Even though we lost 6-0 to Chelsea, I’m sure we’ve prepared well for Roma and we’ll play a better match.”
