Leonardo's Paris Saint-Germain could stump up the €50m needed to buy Palermo hero Javier Pastore.

President Maurizio Zamparini has been fielding offers from several different clubs around Europe, including interest from Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, Inter, Juventus, Roma and Napoli.

According to newspaper Le Parisien, PSG are set to fly past the competition by providing the €50m asking price.

The French club have a new Qatari owner and are ready to splash the cash with the arrival of director of sport Leonardo, who quit his job at Inter to rebuild PSG.

Pastore is seen as a valid alternative to the first choice, Real Madrid's record-breaking buy Kaka.
