Paris Saint-Germain are not willing to pay the €20m requested by Inter for Milan Skriniar and are reportedly happy to wait until his contract expires in the summer.

The 27-year-old Slovakian defender has decided not to renew his contract with the Nerazzurri, recently announced by his agent Roberto Sistici, and reports suggest that he’s already penned a lucrative preliminary contract with PSG.

As reported by CBS reporter Ben Jacobs, PSG will only sign Skriniar in this month’s transfer window should Inter lower their €20m requests. The Parisians are not willing to overpay for the Slovakian centre back and would rather wait until the summer to pick him up on a free transfer.

Inter wanted €70m for the defender in the summer and this caused PSG to walk away, something that could happen again as the January transfer window starts to draw to a close.

Skriniar has made 27 appearances across all competitions this season for Inter.
