According to Calciomercato.com and Le10Sport, the Serbia international is seen as a suitable replacement for Adrien Rabiot, who has refused to sign a new contract and will leave as a free agent this summer.
PSG had also been linked with Milinkovic-Savic last season, but at the time the asking price was €150m.
It’s believed President Claudio Lotito has since lowered his expectations, as this has been a poor campaign so far.
