The first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 kicks off in Turin at 19.45 GMT.

Max Allegri must do without injured Paulo Dybala, Juan Cuadrado, Blaise Matuidi, Andrea Barzagli, Stephan Lichtsteiner and Benedikt Howedes.

There were several different options to replace Matuidi in midfield, including Stefano Sturaro and Rodrigo Bentancur.

However, multiple sources now confirm Allegri is shaking things up with a 4-2-3-1 formation.

This allows him to field four attacking players – plus Miralem Pjanic – simultaneously.

Douglas Costa seems set to take the trequartista role in place of Dybala, leaving Bernardeschi and Mandzukic on the wings, with Higuain the centre-forward.

Juventus have also revealed the choreography in the stands tonight, with the word ‘Together’ marked out in black and white.

As for Tottenham, there is some debate as to whether Mauricio Pochettino will go with three at the back – which he did in their big Champions League games against Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund in the group phase – or the Premier League style four-man defence.

If there’s three, Heung-Min Son will likely be dropped to the bench.

There’s a battle between Serge Aurier and Kieran Trippier for the right wing-back role, but Danny Rose’s fitness concerns mean Ben Davies gets the nod on the left.

Toby Alderweireld was left at home for this match and is the only absentee for Tottenham, so versatile Eric Dier drops into central defence.

The front pairing of Dele Alli and Harry Kane goes without saying.

Juventus (probable): Buffon; De Sciglio, Benatia, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Pjanic; Bernardeschi, Douglas Costa, Mandzukic; Higuain

Tottenham Hotspur (probable): Lloris; Dier, Sanchez, Vertonghen; Aurier, Eriksen, Wanyama, Dembele, Davies; Alli, Kane
