La Dea's Duvan Zapata is still returning to full fitness after a lengthy lay-off, it was originally believed that the striker would make the squad, but he has been left at home by Gian Piero Gasperini.

Josip Ilicic and Ruslan Malinovskyi are both suspended, but even Luis Muriel might not be in any condition to start, as he returned to Italy late following international duty with Colombia.

It means teenage striker Musa Barrow might be the only genuine option to lead the Atalanta attack.

Juventus, meanwhile, are without Cristiano Ronaldo, as Maurizio Sarri left him out of the matchday squad.

Ronaldo is still suffering from the knee problems that caused him to be replaced against Milan in the 55th minute, despite his fruitful performances for Portugal.

Sarri is thought to be leaving Ronaldo out as a precuation, with an eye towards Tuesday's Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid.

Adrien Rabiot and Alex Sandro are both out for The Old Lady, so Mattia De Sciglio should switch over to left-back to cover for the Brazilian.

Juve are expected to start with Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain up front, with Federico Bernardeschi rather than Aaron Ramsey in the trequartista role.

Probable line-ups
