Milan midfielder Andrea Poli says he will have no problem in being used as a full-back against Torino this weekend.

The signing from Sampdoria may be fielded in such a role following the injuries to Ignazio Abate and Mattia De Sciglio.

“There is that possibility,” the Italian international told Sky Sport Italia. “But it would cause me no issues.

“I was already used in that position by boss Massimiliano Allegri during the summer pre-season tour of America.”

The former Inter player was also asked for an opinion on Kaka, Milan’s transfer deadline day capture from Real Madrid.

“He is an extraordinary player, there is no doubt about that,” Poli continued. “We were happy to welcome him.

“He is training really well and with great desire. He can certainly help us and I’m sure that he will do some great things.

“He has big experience and he can be a guide for us.”
