Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba shared two Instagram stories reacting to France’s 2-0 win over Morocco.
The 29-year-old lifted the World Cup in Russia four years ago but was not called up for Qatar 2022 due to a meniscus injury that required surgery in September.
Therefore, he is watching games from his home in Turin and on Wednesday night he reacted to their compatriots’ victory against Morocco in the World Cup semi-finals.
Pogba posted an Instagram story where he wrote ‘it’s near’ adding a France flag, while the following one was to praise Antoine Griezmann who was brilliant defensively against Morocco with many crucial ball recoveries.
Pogba compared the Atletico Madrid star to Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kanté who is also not part of the France squad in Qatar because of an injury.
