The Aquile have put together three wins and as many draws in Serie A, seemingly putting the period of crisis behind them.

“Now we have to keep going, because we’ve already played our Jokers in the pack and need to earn the rest,” warned the Coach in his Press conference.

“We want six straight wins, not just a six-round unbeaten run. We’ve got no more time to lose, so have to treat every game as if it’s the last.

“I see the right desire in the team to become protagonists again and turn around a campaign that initially could’ve been considered disappointing.

“I want improvement on set plays and above all in our approach to the game. We have to be sharper, more focused. It is at least a sign of mental strength that we tend to score so many goals in the second half.”

Udinese are struggling at the moment and have lost six of their last eight meetings with Lazio.

“These fixtures are always hard-fought and we must put into action what we tried out in training during the week. We have to run as quickly as possible to break down an organised Udinese.”

Federico Marchetti has recovered from a thigh strain, but Etrit Berisha will keep the gloves for the time being.

Felipe Anderson is likely to be dropped again, as his poor form drags on.

“I speak to Felipe every day. He is working well to find his best condition and confidence. I’ll certainly call on him.”

Lucas Biglia, Stefan Radu, Ricardo Kishna and Stefan de Vrij are injured, while Senad Lulic sits out a ban.

Ravel Morrison has not made the trip to Udine.

Lazio squad for Udinese: Marchetti, Berisha, Guerrieri; Basta, Bisevac, Gentiletti, Hoedt, Konko, Mauricio, Patric; Candreva, Cataldi, Felipe Anderson, Mauri, Milinkovic-Savic, Onazi, Parolo; Djordjevic, Keita, Klose, Matri
