Mauricio Pinilla believes Atalanta can finish in the top 10 and he can reach double goal figures this season.
The Chile international spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport during a fan meeting at the club shop in Bergamo.
“I am feeling good and in a few days will get back to training with my teammates,” said the striker.
“Before the season started I said Atalanta could finish in the top 10 and I confirm it today. We are playing well, we deserve the points we’ve got so far and in fact could’ve had more.

“Last term, the team was scared and struggled to express itself. Today things have changed all over and people enjoy watching us play football.”
Atalanta have an impressive 11 points from seven rounds, two more than Milan and three above Juventus.
Pinilla has scored two goals in five games so far this season, including his now trademark overhead kicks.
“It is possible for me to reach double figures and I’m hungry for goals. How many will be overhead kicks? I don’t know, they come organically, but any goal is good for me.”
