Super-agent Rafaela Pimenta left the door open for a possible Denzel Dumfries exit from Inter and touched on the difficulties faced by Paul Pogba this season.

The Dutch full back shot to prominence in Europe with his good performances at the World Cup with the Netherlands. In the Round of 16 clash with the United States, Dumfries scored one goal and provided two assists, being the key difference maker for the Oranje.

Pogba has not seen a single minute of action for Juventus this season after suffering a knee injury during the pre-season. He underwent a knee operation in early September and has been working on his recovery ever since.

Speaking to Rai Sport, agent Pimenta first spoke about the future of Dumfries, who has attracted the attention of multiple Premier League clubs.

“Denzel has played a great World Cup, I think Inter are happy with him. Today he is an Inter player, he has the Nerazzurri colours in his heart, then we will see what will happen.”

The agent then spoke about Pogba, who has been forced to watch Juventus from the sidelines whilst slowly working on his recovery.

“When he realized he would not play in the World Cup, he went through some very bad moments. Almost like a bereavement.

“I was close to him, but then he reacted like a champion. Now he is ready for a star season with Juventus.”
