"Perotti ended his adventure with us on a high and will join a club where he can challenge for silverware," confirmed Genoa Coach Gian Piero Gasperini.
The paperwork is already being exchanged between the two clubs, as all the details were sorted out previously.
Perotti had also been wanted by Milan and Leicester City.
