Inter winger Ivan Perisic will reportedly undergo his medical with Tottenham today.

The Croatia international has reached an agreement to move to North London as a free agent and will undergo his medical tests with Antonio Conte’s side today.

According to transfer expect Fabrizio Romano, the 33-year-old will fly to London today. Perisic rejected a contract extension with Inter and will sign a two-year deal with the North Londoners.

When Conte kicked Perisic out and potential reunion at Tottenham

He spent six years in the Nerazzurri’s half of Milan, scoring 55 goals in 254 appearances. The 2021-22 campaign was perhaps his best one at the club, thanks to his 10 goals and nine assists in 49 appearances across all competitions.

He was sent out on loan at Bayern Munich during Antonio Conte’s first year at the club but played a key role on his return to the Stadio Meazza in 2020, helping the Nerazzurri win their first Scudetto in 11 years.

Perisic has five goals and as many assists in 42 games under the Italian tactician.

  1. Inter prepared for this well with the arrival of Gosens in January. Perisić is 33 years old and as good as he was this season, he wont be any younger so logical turn of events at least from Inter point of view. Also, 5 mil per year free from Perišić would be very welcome should Dybala and Lukaku arrive…

  2. @COJA77, It’s understandable, as an Inter fan, that you have such big hope for Gosens. But we all know Inter only got half Gosens. another half of him has been taken away by a serious hamstring injury. Good luck without Perisic!

  3. Grazie Ivan!

Good luck in your next mission
