Juventus could close a deal for Genoa youngster Pietro Pellegri today, according to reports.

The Bianconeri held a meeting for the 16-year-old this week, and it was reported they were very close to a deal for €10m plus bonuses.

Today’s Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that another meeting will take place today, and it’s only the bonuses which are yet to be defined.

The newspaper reports that Juve are offering €10m in bonuses, which the Grifone want closer to €20m, taking the total value of the transfer up to €30m.

Genoa also want a player in exchange, but Stefano Sturaro rejected the chance to return to Marassi and the Old Lady won’t let Rodrigo Bentancur go.

It’s therefore possible that Fabrizio Caligara could be sent to the port city, with Pellegri remaining until the end of the season before making the switch to Turin.

If that deal and the bonus issue is resolved today, the transfer could be officially announced in the coming hours.
