Former Italy full-back Giuseppe Pancaro says Inter ‘only need time’ and defends Arturo Vidal and Antonio Conte.
The Nerazzurri lost 3-2 away at Real Madrid in Champions League on Tuesday and sit last in the table of their group. Antonio Conte’s men are also five points off Serie A leaders Milan with 11 points in six games.
“Inter do not yet have a precise identity and this is seen from the goals they are conceding,” Pancaro told Sky Sport.

“The offensive mentality is appreciable but for we are not seeing the full potential of the group.”
Antonio Conte pushed to sign Arturo Vidal in the summer but Italian media have been criticising the Chile International for his performances so far this season.
“Vidal is an absolute star who has improved the team’s technique and experience," Pancaro insisted.
“It’s only a matter of time, Inter can express all the potential, the coach has always worked well. It happened with Milan, the potential of the team will come out.
“I think Inter have the best team in Italy. It is just a matter of finding their identity and fully expressing a huge potential they have.”
