Parma's Alberto Paloschi and Luca Antonelli will join Genoa in January, with Raffaele Palladino and Francesco Modesto moving in the other direction.

Reports this evening are suggesting that terms were finalised earlier today in Rome, with the moves set to be made official on January 3.

Genoa will pay €7m to the Tardini outfit in total, a figure which sees them take total control of left-back Antonelli but only a half-share in striker Paloschi.

Palladino joins Parma in a co-ownership too, but Modesto's move is permanent.

Genoa and Parma simply swapped their co-ownership deals for Paloschi and Palladino, who are still half-owned by Milan and Juventus respectively.
