Roma President James Pallotta says ‘we’ll try to finish second’ and praises the ‘great quality’ of the squad.

The Giallorossi won the Rome Derby on Sunday to move within four points of Napoli in second place.

“We’ll try to get into second place, nobody knows what will happen now,” Pallotta told Corriere dello Sport.

“I really believe that it’ll be a very interesting end to the season.

“Derby? It was a great match, I experienced it with a little trepidation, but in the end the value of our group came through.

“This team has great quality and great technical staff who are showing the players how strong they can be if they play as a team.

“I was always convinced that we had a great group, it needed a great Coach.”
