The Ivory Coast midfielder appears set for an Etihad exit this summer, with his agent declaring on Monday that >he is ‘definitely leaving’ and describing Inter as ‘a great club’.

Corriere dello Sport reports today that the Nerazzurri have an offer worth €5m per season including image rights and win bonuses ready.

That figure is half of Toure’s current €10m per year salary at City, but the outlet believes the 32-year-old accepts he will need to lower his salary to leave the Premier League club.

The proposal is reportedly for a two-year contract, with a third year extension that will be triggered once Toure reaches a certain number of appearances.
