Former Juventus and Italy attacker Raffaele Palladino is reportedly set for a return to football with Serie C side Casertana.

According to Sky Sport Italia, a deal is ‘in sight’ to take Palladino to Casertana, who are fifth in Serie C Group C.

The 34-year-old is a free agent after leaving Spezia last summer but is vastly experienced, having played for the likes of Juve, Genoa and Parma and Crotone [pictured], while picking up three Italy caps.

He would also reunite in Caserta with ex-Grifone teammate and fellow forward Antonio Floro Flores.
