Can Inter get back to scoring?

The Nerazzurri haven’t scored in any of their last three games, and missed the chance to break into to the top four at the weekend.
Tonight they welcome Cagliari to San Siro, and they really have to find the back of the net or risk their Champions League dream slipping away.
Milan chance in Turin
Milan still have an outside chance of qualifying for next season’s Champions League, but they really can’t afford to drop points at this stage of the season.
Fortunately for the Rossoneri they travel to face Torino tonight, a side against whom they boast a fantastic record.
The Granata may have the edge in previous meetings in Turin, with 20 wins to Milan’s 17 and 34 draws.
However, Toro haven’t won either home or away against Milan since November 2001, when a Cristiano Lucarelli goal and Filippo Inzaghi’s missed penalty cost Fatih Terim his job.
Gennaro Gattuso’s side will need to extend that record if they’re to have any hope of cracking the top four.
Napoli need three points
Napoli have slipped a further two points behind Juventus at the weekend, having drawn 0-0 with Milan.
Maurizio Sarri’s side travel to Turin on Sunday night for what is being billed as a Scudetto showdown, but for that to have any relevance they need to beat Udinese on Wednesday night.
The Partenopei have won just two of their last six Serie A games, and Juventus have exploited that in typically ruthless fashion.
While it’s always possible the Bianconeri will drop points at Crotone, Napoli surely have to win to keep the Scudetto race alive.
Relegation six-pointer part I
Spal and Chievo sit 17th and 16th in Serie A respectively, and they meet tomorrow night in a relegation showdown.
Just two points separate the Flying Donkeys from their opponents, who in turn sit just one point above the relegation zone.
Benevento are gone, but there are still seven teams who could realistically drop to Serie B. Speaking of which…
Relegation six-pointer part II
Sassuolo are unbeaten in six, but the Neroverdi are keeping their points tally ticking over rather than racing away from the relegation zone, with draws in five of those matches.
That means Beppe Iachini’s men are still only four points above the drop zone, and six clear of tomorrow’s opponents Verona.
It’s a big opportunity for the Butei, as a home match against a direct rival could lift them above Crotone, who face Juventus, as well as sucking Sassuolo back into the mire.
