Salernitana have officially announced the arrival of Grigoris Kastanos, who arrives on loan with an option to buy from Juventus.
The 23-year-old spent last term on loan with Frosinone in Serie B and his deal with Juventus expires in June 2023.
Salernitana have signed the attacking midfielder, who appeared 34 times in Serie B last term and contributed two goals in the process, on loan with an option to buy next summer.
Juventus will have a buy-back clause in the agreement with Salernitana for the player, who has one appearance with the Bianconeri in Serie A and nine in total after a stint with Pescara in 2016-17.
