Roma have announced that midfielder Seydou Keita has signed a one-year contract extension with the capital club.
The 35-year-old was widely expected to renew his deal with the Giallorossi and an official announcement was made on the club’s website today.
“AS Roma note that Seydou Keita has signed a new contract for the 2015-16 season,” read the statement.
The former Barcelona midfielder arrived in Rome in 2014 and scored twice in 20 Serie A appearances for the Lupi last season.
