Arsenal have reportedly launched a €10m bid for Napoli’s Algeria international full-back Faouzi Ghoulam.
It was reported on Sunday that the Premier League side weren’t willing to meet the Partenopei’s asking price of €12m.
Sport Mediaset have now reported that a €10m proposal has arrived for the 24-year-old and it appears that the Gunners are unwilling to offer anything above this figure.

Ghoulam arrived at Napoli in January 2014 and has made 36 league appearances for the Partenopei, as well as having 11 caps for Algeria.
