As expected, Samuel Iling-Junior has signed a new contract with Juventus until June 2025 and officially moves from the youth team to the first team.

The 19-year-old had been part of the Juventus Next Gen side that plays its football in Serie C, but already made three appearances for the senior side this season between Serie A and the Champions League.

Today he was promoted to Max Allegri’s group on a permanent basis along with signing a new contract to June 2025.

Born in England, Iling-Junior came up through the Chelsea youth academy before moving to Turin in September 2020.

He made an immediate impact on the first team this term, contributing two assists in his three appearances, despite spending just 43 minutes on the pitch.

Over the weekend, he came off the bench and created the second own goal in a 2-0 friendly victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
