Juventus defenders Mattia De Sciglio and Alex Sandro returned to group training this morning and are expected to be available against Sampdoria on Saturday.

The Bianconeri trained at Continassa in the morning and Massimiliano Allegri saw the two full-backs return to action, participating in the entire training session with the rest of the team.

“Two days before Sampdoria-Juventus, work continued at the JTC to ensure the players arrive in prime condition for the match in Genoa, scheduled for Saturday, 12 March with kick off at 18h00 CET, with the aim of extending the team’s positive run,” Juventus statement read.

“After yesterday’s training session in front of the fans, the team took to the training field today with the focus on developing play. Mattia De Sciglio and Alex Sandro participated in the entire training session.”

Juventus are unbeaten in 14 Serie A games and have been the best team in Italy in the last seven games with 15 points collected in the process, as many as Roma.

They will meet Sampdoria, Villarreal and Salernitana before the March break.

  1. is this a boost? A very average defender and one who is in terrible form?
If they stay away, Pelegrini and Danilo play and that is better!
