Angel Di Maria and Federico Chiesa are part of the Juventus squad travelling to Germany for the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16 against Freiburg.

The Italy international didn’t train with the team this morning, at least during the first 15 minutes open to the media, while Chiesa joined his teammates along with Gleison Bremer.

Both players are travelling with the group to Germany, where Juventus will face Freiburg on Thursday in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16.

Arek Milik, Leonardo Bonucci, Alex Sandro and Paul Pogba are injured and not on the squad list for tomorrow’s European fixture.

Juventus beat Freiburg 1-0 in the first leg played in Turin last week.

  1. Pogba is not available? What a shocker! Sorry to see that Chiesa is having trouble getting back to full fitness. Before I was critical of Allegri not starting him but after the last time out it is apparent that Chiesa has to be treated with kid gloves.
