Massimiliano Allegri has announced his 21-man Juventus squad for tonight’s Coppa Italia clash with Monza, leaving out midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

The Bianconeri will be hoping to redeem themselves in the Coppa Italia this year after their miserable Champions League campaign, which saw them eliminated in the group stages. Dropping down to the Europa League, Allegri and Juventus are now paying extra attention to cup competitions, keen to pick up some silverware this season.

As highlighted by Gianluca Di Marzio, a number of expected absentees have been left out of the Juventus squad for the Coppa Italia clash with Monza, such as Dusan Vlahovic, Paul Pogba, Juan Cuadrado and Leonardo Bonucci.

One exclusion that came as a surprise was Rabiot, who will not join the Bianconeri squad for their cup outing. The Frenchman played 83 minutes of the 5-1 defeat to Napoli on the weekend.

Below is the 21-man Juventus squad for the Coppa Italia game against Monza:

Goalkeepers: Szczesny, Pinsoglio, Perin;

Defenders: Bremer, Danilo, Alex Sandro, Gatti, Rugani, Barbieri;

Midfielders: Locatelli, McKennie, Kostic, Miretti, Paredes, Fagioli;

Forwards: Chiesa, Milik, Kean, Di Maria, Soulè, Iling-Junior.
