Milan, Inter and Napoli are the three Serie A representatives involved in today’s Champions League Round of 16 draw. Here are the events as they happen.

The Rossoneri finished second in Group E following their win over RB Salzburg last week, finishing three points behind group winners Chelsea. Milan are unseeded and could draw Bayern Munich, Benfica, Manchester City, FC Porto, Real Madrid and Tottenham. 

Inter also finished second in their group, ending up eight points behind winners Bayern Munich. The Nerazzurri showed a much-needed display of confidence in their two games against Barcelona, a win and a draw. Inter are unseeded and could face off against Benfica, Chelsea, Manchester City, FC Porto, Real Madrid and Tottenham.

Napoli topped Group A, ahead of second place Liverpool on goal difference. Luciano Spalletti’s side looked strong and will be confident in the knock-out stages. The Partenopei are seeded and could draw Club Brugge, Borussia Dortmund, Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig, Paris Saint-Germain.

  1. About as good as the Serie A clubs could have hoped for. If Milan were going to get an English side, they’d have chosen Tottenham.
