One report suggests Edin Dzeko has finally agreed to join Chelsea, while another claims Roma are demanding Michy Batshuayi on loan with an option to buy.

According to Calciomercato.com, Dzeko’s proposed transfer to Chelsea is “practically done” after the striker gave the green light to the switch.

Consequently, he would be on his way to Stamford Bridge with teammate Emerson Palmieri for €50m plus €10m in bonuses.

However, CalcioNews24 is just as certain that the Giallorossi will not let the Bosnian depart unless they receive Batshuayi in return.

Chelsea are thought to have offered the former Olympique Marseille attacker on a dry loan, but the website warns an option to buy for the Lupi will also need to be negotiated.
