The Gazzetta dello Sport claim Radja Nainggolan has agreed to extend his contract at Cagliari until the summer of 2016.

Terms were said to have been finalised last night during a meeting between President Massimo Cellino and the player’s agent Alessandro Beltrami.

The midfielder, now 25, joined the Rossoblu in 2010 after spending five years with Piacenza.

Nainggolan’s previous contract was due to expire in 2015. He will now reportedly earn €1m a season with the club.

The Belgian international has been of transfer interest to Inter, Roma and Juventus over the last 12 months.
