“I'm glad to be here, as I've been saying since the first day I stepped in Milan,” he said.

“I think Inter's style fits well with my qualities. I'm a player who's fast when closing down, with good timing and character.

“Off the pitch I'm a very chilled and cheerful guy, but on the pitch I transform myself.

“Being here is an opportunity to show my value and give my contribution to the team.”

The Colombian was then asked about his experience in the Copa America.

“It was a nice experience, and it allowed me to prove my skills in an international competition.

“Winning the award as the tournament's best young player was a prize that rewarded me for all of my hard work.

“That's why I thank God and all those who believed in me.”
