José Mourinho is ready to begin his tenure at Roma and fly to the Capital from Portugal tomorrow.

The Special One has signed a three-year deal with the Giallorossi, and according to Il Corriere dello Sport, he will arrive in Rome tomorrow.

The former Tottenham Hotspur coach will earn €7m-a-year in the Capital, and his ex-club will pay the difference between his new salary and his Spurs contract in his first season at the Stadio Olimpico.

Mourinho is ready to begin a new chapter of his career in Italy and has confirmed he will soon leave Portugal, where he spent his holidays.

The former Chelsea and Manchester United boss posted a picture from Setubal on Instagram and shared a message with a touch of Italian: ‘Arrivederci Setubal,’ he wrote.

Roma’s pre-season will begin on July 6 at Trigoria, but, according to reports in Italy, the Giallorossi could continue the second part of their training retreat abroad.
