Monza could have already secured their top-flight status for next season by the time this game comes around on Wednesday. That would be a huge achievement for a club that had never played in Serie A before and were the favourites for the drop pre-season.
After a shaky start to the campaign, Raffaele Palladino steadied the ship and has overseen a turnaround that sees Monza happily in mid-table.
